I was at home talking to a friend on the phone who told me about the first tower being hit by a plane. At that time we both thought it was an accident. So I went upstairs to see what was happening on the TV. By then the second crash had occurred. Shortly after that, the two people who clean our house came in saying they had seen the plane crash. I assumed they meant they had seen on TV one of the crashes on the Twin Towers. I was horrified to learn they were talking about the Pentagon. They actually saw the plane descend and hit the building. They are the only people we know who saw the Pentagon crash.
