I, like so many others, was at work on the morning of September 11, 2001. Word spread throughout our company that an airplane had hit the World Trade Center and i remember thinking that it must be an accident. Then word came that yet another airplane had crashed into the second building and we immediately knew that America was under attack. Shortly thereafter news came that the Pentagon was also struck and there was a feeling of disbelief, panic, insecurity, shock, and horror at what was happening to our country. I am not a news watcher and for an entire week i could only watch the news. I am not a sentimental person, and for a week i could only cry for the pain and suffering the victims and everyone who loved them felt. This was a terrible tragedy... God Bless those who died living their daily lives as well as the heroes who sacrificed theirs so that a stranger may live, God Bless the families and friends who lost so much, and most of all God Bless America... may we grow united and always carry the memory of that horrific day in our hearts... We Will Never Forget
