911DA Story: Story

It was just like any other day. I would call my sister at work at around 8:30 in the morning, before her bosses come in, so we can catch up on some sisterly things. She worked at 2 World Trade Center, on the 100th floor. She worked for AON Corp. As we were speaking, I heard a loud crash, it was glass breaking. I asked her, "WHAT WAS THAT?" She replied, "A BOMB JUST WENT OFF IN THE WORLD TRADE!" I right away changed the channel on the T.V. and put the news on. It said that a plane just hit the 1 World Trade Center. I told my sister what it was and then we got disconnected. When we reconnected, she informed me that they were evacuating. I heard the screams in the back ground and the fear in her voice. A sound that I will never forget. I told her to get out, run as fast as you can, I LOVE YOU! Then we got cut off. Who would have known that that would be the last time that I would speak to her. My sisters name is Denise L. Benedetto. She is my inspiration and OUR HERO. G-D BLESS AMERICA
