I was sitting in my 8 a.m. geography class. Another teacher ran in and told us that a plane had flown into the world trade center. First thing I thought was "ohman, thats so sad". I just thought it was a plane crash. We turn on the tv, and next thing you know they are reporting on the second plane hitting. When that happened I thought I was gonna get sick. Everyone in school was saying "This is our pearl harbor, blah blah blah". I didnt WANT "my pearl harbor". It didnt' really sink in though how much this would change my life until that afternoon I was driving through town and at the gas station the police were there and people were in actual fist fights over gas. I started crying when it hit me that everything I had ever known was changed forever.
