Feel free to write as much or as little as you like. Tell us your story: I was on my way to class when i heard people screaming and others crying. I was in front of The JOHNSON CENTER at George Mason University (Fairfax, Va). I didnt realize what had happeend just yet. As soon as i entered i saw pictures and film footage of the twin towers. It was terrible because many of us had friends and relatives in NY. I had just arrived from NY on Sept. 10th. I flew in from la guaredea international... In fact, as soon as i realize that it was a terrorist attack i called my folks and told them that i would not be going to class, i was even prepared to go back to my home in chesapeake, va. I loved the DC area and furthermore i loved the people of NY. It was a sad day for all of us. I cried and i prayed that day... The PENTAGON was, holy **** the pentagon was hit. I just couldnt believe it. I was just there a week or two before the 9/11. I couldnt believe that someone could destroy the towers too. It was a shame. There was some positive things that came out of it. We all stopped, as Americans and as fellow humans, to reach out to our loved ones. Many of us even gave up their lives to become angels of God. I wasnt a religious man before this, but i sure did understand that some people are really angels in disguise. Despite all this, I still believe we can live in peace and prosperity.
