I think this would fit well under "New  Business".  What you would need to do is come at the beginning of the meeting at 6:30, and, when the facilitators ask if there are any additional agenda items, ask that this be added.  "New Business" comes toward the end of the agenda, probably around 7:30 or 8:00 p.m., after the committee reports and the items that are already on the agenda.  (It's possible to ask that your item be moved earlier on the agenda, though this sometimes annoys people and we'd be delighted to have you involved in al of the discussions.)
