Feel free to write as much or as little as you like. Tell us your story: MY GOD, WHERE TO START? I WOKE UP THAT DAY AT 600AM AND TURNED ON THE TV. THE FIRST THING I SAW ON THE NEWS WAS THE FIRST WTC ON FIRE, NO ONE KNOW AT THAT TIME WHAT HAPPEN.. THEN AS I SAT THERE I SAW THE PLANE HIT THE SECOND TOWER, I COULD NOT BELEIVE WHAT I WAS SEEING I SCREAMED OH GOD OH GOD MY HUSBAND CAN OUT OF THE ROOM AND ASK ME WHAT WAS THE MATTER I TOLD HIM THAT A PLANE FLEW INTO THE WTC IN NEW YORK CITY.. IT HAD REAL MEANING FOR ME AS I AM FROM NY AND MY FAMILY ALL LIVES THERE STILL........ THEN ON THE NEWS THE PENTAGON WAS HIT I REMEMBER SAYING WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON. THEN I HEARD ABOUT THE PLANE GOING DOWN IN PA. I WAS ON THE PHONE TO MY FAMILY MAKING SURE EVERYONE WAS OK. THEN MY MOM TOLD ME THAT MY BROTHER THOMAS, NO ONE HEARD FROM HIM HE WORKS FOR THE FEDERAL GOVERMENT AS A SPECIAL AGENT IN NYC.. HE HAD GONE DOWN THERE TO HELP OUT HE IS ALSO A EMT AND HE WAS THERE AS THE TOWERS CAME DOWN.. THE WHOLE DAY I WAITED HERE SO FAR AWAY TO HEAR THAT HE WAS OK.. HIS WIFE WAS EXPECTING THERE FIRST CHILD IN OCT SO I WAS WORRIED FOR HER HEALTH AS WELL. ALL I CAN SAY IS I NEVER WANT TO GO THOUGH THAT AGAIN. I PRAY FOR ALL THOSE WHO DIED THAT DAY, AND CRY FOR ALL THOSE FAMILY'S WHO LOST LOVE ONES AND THANK GOD THAT MY BROTHER WAS SPARED THAT DAY... AS I SIT HERE ONE YEAR LATER I STILL CAN NOT BELIEVE THAT IT HAPPEN BUT AS SOON AS YOU TURN ON THE TV YOU ARE REMINDED ALL TO WELL. I JUST WISH THAT THE CHILD OF TODAY CAN HAVE A BETTER LIFE WHERE THEY DONT HAVE TO BE AFRAID TO LIVE LIFE... I FIND IT HARD TO TELL MY KIDS WHY THIS HAPPENED, AND TO REASURE THEM THAT THEY ARE SAFE BECAUSE YOU JUST NEVER KNOW...
