The night before September 11, 2001, I watched my favorite movie, Cinema Paradiso. For those of you who do not know the movie, Paradiso was a movie theater in the small italian town that themovie took place. In the movie, the theater was the center of the town and it practically held the town together. At the end of the movie, the theater has to be knocked down, but the people in the movie were prepared for its collapse. As I watched the theater fall, I thought to myself what it would be like to watch your favorite building, the place were you hold your most precious memories, collapse in front of you. The very next morning, I awoke to the image of my favorite buildings burning. I, nor any of us, had any preparations for what we saw on September 11, 2001
