I felt as if my heart would break....All those people, the pain....the suffering...My God help them....The city I live in over looks the New York city sky line. I have seen this skyline ALL my life, now it was changed forever....Then I realized that I had to explain this to my 6 year old daughter, How would I do this? I thought blunt honesty would have to do. I explained to her that BAD people attacked and hurt America..this was no accident... When she asked why, I explained to her that we are a GREAT country, we stand for good things and other people do not like this. I then explained to her that we are a generous country, we help other countries when they need help...I then asked her to join me in a prayer. We said the Lords prayer together....She understood, she was brave, she is my strenght....
