Tell us your story: We were having our 1st coffee break in the DISAM (Defense Institute for Security Assistance Management) lounge watching CNN on TV showing the flames & smoke from the 1st plane crash when we saw the 2nd plane crash - this was a live show. We did not know if they were accidents or terrorism until 30 minutes later when the class was cancelled and we were instructed to return to our secure VOQ (Visitor Officer Quarters) where we were "stranded" for 3 days before we were allowed to leave the base and go home.
