I was waiting for the bell to ring to release me to my American History class. When we entered the classroom we did the normal routine of writing the assignmnets in our planners then doing our daily work. In the middle of the first assignment the phone rang. It was the front another teacher telign Mr. C to turn on his t.v to the news. So with this pale blank stare Mr. C turned on the t.v. and we all watched the reruns of the planes smashing into the Twin Towers. It was history in the making, immediatly we stopped what we were doing and glued our eye's to the news. I wanted to cry so badly. I couldnt though. I was in a state of shock. My whole life was just changed. I was goign to go to NY to see the twin towers over winter break. My plans had been ruined. I was devistated.
