911DA Story: Story
I remember sitting outside my house on the telephone,and my nephew coming outside telling me a plane had hit the WTC.Then he came out again to tell me another plane had hit the other tower.I had to go inside to see what was going on and i could not believe my eyes.The chaos,the screaming the people.
Being originally from ny my heart was broken i just could not believe someone or something could do this to our country.It was one of the scariest moments of my life.
It made me want to just thank god for all he has given me and made me realize that life is to short to let anything slip away.
My heart and prayers went out to all involed in the WTC bombing and to this day,a year later it still does and i guess always will.
This has changed our country,it has brought people closer together and has made this nation stronger then ever.
I will always be grateful that i am a AMERICAN and a proud one at that.
