I seen the secretary in tears and my boss transfixed to the t.v. When I realized this was terrorism, my first thoughts were of the safety of my children since they were at school. And seeing the mass destruction of those huge buildings I just felt totally numb because I knew there was going to be a great loss of life involved in such destruction. When they told of a third plane coming through Pennsylvania, I got even more worried about my kids, what if they turned to Ohio? I didn't want to panic, so I just went in to get information as often as possible, and the secretary kept us informed also. With Wright Patterson being near it brought a lot of other fears about missiles and the fact that such a major base may also be targeted for a terrorist attack. My husband sometimes works on the base and I called to see where he was, but he was not there that day thank goodness. I couldn't wait to leave work that day and get my kids and get home to my husband, we spent the evening in shock over the total disregard for human life these terrorists had. Our hearts still ache for this loss of life, we are proud of the people who sacrificed to save others, and pray such a catastrophic event never happens again. I was on the phone with a friend of mind and he kept telling me that something huge was happening in that area! He's a delivery guy for a Gourment store in Manhattan so he was at that location at the time. All he said he saw was fire trucks. I told him when I got home I would check CNN to find out what was goin on. As soon as I turned on my television I saw something that seemed to be like a movie! There was a huge whole in one of the buildings with fire and smoke emerging from it! This I couldn't believe. I passed the message to my friend whom I was still on the phone with. He said that he knew it had to be something big because he saw a blue fire truck! Seeing a blue fire is crazy living in the area that we live in! I told him if he could to get away from that area before the traffic gets really bad and he wouldn't be able to get back to his store! As I telling him this, another plane was approaching the other building! I'm looking at the television in complete shock as this unfolds! I have a pretty good view of the World Trade Center from the roof of the building where I was living at the time so I grabbed my camcorder and headed for the roof. What I saw was a lot of smoke and that's really about it! As I'm taping, I realized something that never crossed my mind before. My brother worked at the World Financial Center across the street from the World Trade! I couldn't believe that I didn't think of this before everything else! I tried calling him but I received no answer. I guess there was a lot of people trying to use the phone at that time. Things got a little tense for me for a while till like around 11 a.m. when I finally heard from him. I'm thankful that my brother made it home safe and I feel for those who lost someone special! My class started at 11 am, and my stepmom had waken me up before everyone else left to go to school and work, so I was alone in the house, save the two dogs. I needed a break from the monotony of numbers and equasions (math is not exactly my cup of tea, if you know what I mean), and I had gone outside to get the newspaper to read for a little bit before completing my homework. As I was getting the paper, my next door neighbor opened the door to her house and asked me if I had been watching the news. I said no, I was doing my homework, and had come outside to get the paper. She said that a plane had crashed into one of the World Trade Center towers, and as the news cameras were filming the incinerating building, a second plane hit the other building. I remember she said, "It's like something out of a movie." I didn't really believe what she was saying until I went back inside and turned on the television and turned the channel to a news station. I didn't really believe what I was seeing. The Twin Towers were a smoking inferno, and all I could do was sit there and stare. My homework was the last thing on my mind now. When it hit home, I started to cry hysterically. The news about the Pentagon and the Philadelphia plane crash did not help, and I started to really think that the world was coming to an end and Jesus was coming back. I was praying and asking God to forgive me and please me enter the gates of Heaven. My boyfriend came to my mind, and I needed to talk to him and tell him that I love him. I called his house and woke him up (he worked late the night before, and was sleeping late) and told him through tears what had happened. He was sleepy, and didn't really comprehend what I was saying. He did tell me to calm down and try to soothe me, but imagine a sleepy guy not really understanding what is going on trying to calm down his hysterically passionate girlfriend. I drove to school and numbly went through my classes, and right after school I went to my boyfriend's work place and talked to him. I was afraid that my father might be called into the Navy, I was afraid that my boyfriend would be drafted, and I was afraid that this area might be hit. (I live in Hampton, Virginia, and we have several bases in the area: Langley AFB, Fort Eustis, Fort Monroe, Oceana NAS, Norfolk Naval Station, and the Newport News Shipyard, which is the largest shipyard in the United States.) One of the woman who was due to work for 9:00 in the morrning came running in to tell us that a plane had crashed into the World Trade Centers. We were all in shock we ran upstairs to the break room to see the coverage. Not able to stay away too long from the Deli we decided to put a TV on top of the deli and keep the coverage showing. We watched in shock all day long. Business died that day we had very few customers that day and we were normally a very busy store. The one thing i remember so clearly was the look of total disbelief on the faces of all who stopped to look at the coverage. One year later i look back to how niave i was before that fateful day. I would look at the news reports about aall the terrorist attacks over seas and think it could nevr happen her,,,now i know i was wrong. Nothing more or less unusual than any other day of my life. But, by the end of the day it was all like a dream, more like a nightmare. Never in all my life had I, and the rest of the U.S., ever imagined something like this could happen. I guess maybe, that's why we were such an easy target. We as a nation have been full of ourselves since we won our independence over 200 years ago. We all thought we were the invincible nation, which has a big force field around it. All this was running through my head all that day, and it still crosses my mind every now and then. For several days after 9-11 all I wanted to do was kill Bin Laden. But then I came to my senses and realized more killing was not the answer. How about this, we stop all trade of any kind to Afganastan, no oil, nothing. Now that would stop him for a long time. Afganastan would slowly destroy themselves with there own terrorism. Lastly, I thought a lot about the plane that went down in Pennsylvania. I thought about how I was proud to be American, because of those courageous Americans who took down the plane. They sacrificed themselves to save one of our biggest national symbols, the White House. 9-11-2001 has brought the people closer together not farther apart. When I was in my car I couldn't understand why there was news on the local sparts talk station. As I learned what was going on my eyes misted with anger at what bastards would do this. I went home and watched the news until I had to go to soccer practice at the college I coached at. I had to drive past lambert International Airport and it was strange that day and the next few seeing all the planes parked. Practice was subdued that day and the next day at the end of practice I remarked that we were so used to practicing in the flight paths that it was so obviously quiet even with the usual voices of a team practicing. When I heard about the plane outside of Pittsburgh (nobody was giving specifics as to where)all I could think about was if my old college roommate was ok. One of our soccer players is an amazing artist and she drew an amazing picture of the burning towers with a potrait of President Bush and a fireman with his face in his hands and a candle...WOW! I then heard the song "Overcome" by the band "Live" Now it is almost a year later and I am still moved to tears. I have not become more of a patriot because, until I gave it to a foriegn student about to leave the country, I always had an American flag on my wall. I was always the guy telling people to take their hats off during the national anthem and be respectfull. I was proud of the first time I was able to vote. I arrived at my office at 8:30 and hopped onto cnn.com to check the news and scores from the day before. When we first heard about the crash on the North Tower, we couldn't log back on to cnn.com to see whta happened. We kept assuming it was a small engine plane, and it was an accident. Then my co-worker received emails from her husband in NYC, stating it was an airliner, and that the tower was burning. Ofcourse minutes after that, we heard the South Tower was hit. Next, was the pentagon. Were were in total shock. I felt like the world was going to end. I remember having this sickening feeling in the pit of my stomach. I remember my co-worker who was still talking to her husband through e-mail, telling us how people were just jumping out of the building, deciding their own fate. I went downstairs with some friends to have 3 or four cigarettes to calm my nerves. Everytime I heard a plane, I looked up, wanting to run. To make a longer story shorter, I left my office after the towers fell. I cried all the way home in my car, asking why? I watched the news from 10:45 that morning to 8:00 that night. And cried all night long, trying to block the horific images in my mind. I live about 30 minuted from NYC, and remember hearing the fighter jets in the distance. I was on my way to the hospital to receive a shot with one of my coworkers. We heard something on the radio, but could not make out what it was. As we kept listening, all we could make out was that there was a plane crash. When we arrived at the hospital, the truth became apparent; we were under attack. I called my boyfriend who was just getting off his night shift (he is a Port Authority officer). He had no idea what had happened until I called him and told him to turn on his television. Within moments, he was called down to Ground Zero and then I didn't hear from him for another 2 days due to cell phone towers being down. On the other hand, his father took the Path train into the World Trade Center. He worked for the Bank of New York right next to the site. After many frantic phone calls to their home, it was finally known that he was alright, running from the site and having seen the first plane hit. He returned home in New Jersey at 4 a.m. the following morning. The months that followed in the feverish attempt to rescue and eventually recover victims took an even greater toll. The stories told to me are heart wrenching and at times graphic as to what was seen. One night, I met him at 12 a.m. on the West Side Highway sometime in November while he was working. He was flush and fatigued, with a sound of emptiness in his voice I had never heard before. At this point I knew he would be forever changed. A state trooper told me to be easy on him, for the most seasoned veteran in law enforcement has not even seen a fraction of the devestation that occurred there. He would come home at night smelling of smoke and covered in dust, completely exhausted only to go out a few short hours later; just enough time to warm up and clear his mind for a few moments. Today, my boyfriend is forever a changed man having seen what he saw and had done, yet still continues to work and move on. His only wish: he could have helped to save more lives. He would receive frantic phone calls from friends asking "have you seen.....?" One night out of the blue he said "Do you know what it is like to bury 25 of your closest friends?" This was his breaking point of the man I know and love, this was the point he could no longer hold everything in. He does not speak of those days that followed anymore, things in a way are better left unsaid. He does not believe so, but to me, he is a hero. How else do you explain it. People use the word consistently, but that is what these ladies and gentlemen are, sheer heroes. I am extremely grateful that he came home to me every night. I am blessed, I just wish all could be so lucky. He will never be over this day and the ones that followed, but he can move on and live life to the fullest. He was a 24 year old rookie police officer at the time, now a forever changed 25 year old, one who I am utterly proud of and grateful to have in my life. It sounded unbelievable, like War of the Worlds must have sounded. How I wish it were fiction. We drove right back home when our own building was evacuated that morning. My roommate had trouble tracking down his father who worked third shift near the site. He had just left work before it happened. I coordinate Pagan Pride activities on the west coast, and our Los Angeles event was scheduled for that Saturday. Suddenly it seemed like an inappropriate week to hold a celebration. The next night we started getting calls from some of our vendors: they wouldn?t be working the event. They had funerals to attend for friends who were on the planes. Feel free to write as much or as little as you like. Tell us your story: I woke up in the morning to go to work as a high school science teacher. The school year had just begun; it was only our second week. I had just spent the weekend having a memorial service for my grandfather, who passed away at the end of July, so I was already feeling pretty emotionally drained. I drove my brother to the airport on Sunday morning, one of the last mornings of "normal" air travel we would ever experience. I turned on the television after I got out of the shower, just as I usually did, at around six o'clock in the morning on the west coast. When I did, it wasn't too long until the anchor said, "We are receiving reports that one of the towers of the World Trade Center is on fire." They showed the pictures. It didn't register. I didn't understand what I was seeing. At first, they thought a twin-engine Cessna had crashed into the building, which I knew could easily have happened accidentally. But at the same time, they were talking about commercial flights being missing. No one knew what was going on, so I continued getting ready while listening as I moved around my apartment. I saw the explosion as the second plane hit. I thought the first tower had exploded, or that a bomb had gone off. I will never forget the moment when they slowed down that video and showed the plane flying into the side of the building. Someone is flying planes into buildings ON PURPOSE . . . this is no accident. It was inconceivable. I had to go work, though, I had classes to teach, though I wanted to keep watching to find out what was going on. It was right before I left the apartment that another plane crashed into the Pentagon. I watched the skies all the way to work. I had visions while driving through downtown Long Beach of planes falling out of the sky and crashing into the buildings. The televisions were on in the office at school, showing the billowing smoke covering Manhattan. It still felt so unreal. Many of the teachers kept their televisions on in their rooms all day, but I felt like it was necessary to try to keep functioning normally, for my sake and for the kids. There were rumors flying around the staff room about planes crashing all over the country, and someone said something about the towers collapsing. I wasn't going to believe it until I could go home and watch the news for myself, to sort out truth from rumor. We got a memo during 4th period to read to the students, letting them know that we were not sending them home but that extracurricular activities were cancelled for the rest of the week. All I wanted to do was get to the end of the day so I could leave, call my family, and watch the news. I wanted to make sure that my family and friends were safe, that no one I knew was on a plane or in one of those buildings. I was blessed that everyone I knew was fine, but so many other people were not, as I discovered when I sank into the armchair in my living room and turned on the television. It was everywhere, on every channel. It was then that I finally saw video of the towers collapsing with my own eyes, and that was when I finally lost it and started sobbing. The magnitude of the day's events was finally coming home to me, and another image was forever burned into my brain. I went to the grocery store and cried on the way home while I listened to our senators and representatives sing "God Bless America" on the steps of the capital. Everyone I saw was in a daze, shell-shocked, myself included. When I got home again, more bad news, and more tears- the casualty estimates were so high. I got down on my knees and prayed that night that survivors could be found in the buildings, that the missing could be accounted for. In the days to come, I went through the motions at work, but at home I cried all the time. The faces, the stories, each one tore into my heart so that I knew I would never be the same. I still know. Feel free to write as much or as little as you like. Tell us your story: I had just purchased a new set of headphone for my Walkman - it was about 6.00 am PST. I decided to listen to the radio. Something about a terrorist attack - was it real, or was I listening to a radio play? I changed the station - Federal ground stop. I walked over to the Southwest Airlines gate and asked them if we were flying - they said yes. I asked for a refund. I didn't think I was going to make it to Portland, OR. My brother, I had to call my brother - he lives in New York - and works near the World Trade Center. I call, and call - no answer. I did not know it at the time, but he had been in the World trade center when the first plane hit his tower. Finally he answered. He was on a boat - heading to Staten island. I was glad to talk to him - and then deeply saddened. I went back to the office. We decided to work as normal. My next meeting was at the offices of a defense contractor. My professor adressed the class stating that she heard on the radio that morning of the first building being struck by an airplane but their wasn't much information about why. We all came to the conclusion that it was a freak accident where something just went terribly wrong. In my next class, my history professor was more informed and he went into more detail. We discussed issues about middle east angst towards the US. Many of the students, including myself, were ignorant about the fact that we could be targeted because of our support of Israel. Our whole nation as a whole yearned for more information about what conflicts there were between us and the middle east. On my way home, without knowing the terror which I would see on the news, I prayed and told God that I wanted to console Him. Never in my life have I thought that I wanted to or even could console the most high God. My heart was sad because my God knew of the destruction and killing on such an omnipotent level. His heart was broken over our world and the people which he created. The Lord has comforted so many hearts since 9-11 and our country is grateful. What else can I say except GOD BLESS AMERICA! It was a ordinary late summer day in Borough Park, the neighborhood in Brooklyn where I was living at the time. I was supposed be at work by 9:30, and work was normally about 30 minutes away by train, so I was in somewhat of a rush to wash up and get out of the door. I exited the bathroom around 8:45, and sat down in the living room I shared with 2 roommmates to catch a couple of minutes of Good Day New York on channel 5 while I had a coffee and a cigarette. I was watching the view from the traffic chopper, when suddenly the camera panned jerkily to a smoking, flaming hulk that I instantly recognized as the World Trade Center. I watched in complete, frozen, horror for a few seconds; then I shook my roommate awake to tell him the horrible news. He had fallen asleep on the living room couch after a night of hard drinking, and he was in no mood for TV news of any kind. "Holy s***, the World Trade Center is on fire! A plane just flew into the f***ing World Center!" After taking a long moment to come to his senses, my roommate replied "So what? We live in Brooklyn. I don't care... I'm going back to sleep." He then dragged himself into his bedroom and went back to sleep. It was then that an interesting if terrible dilemma occured to me. My office was located at 80 Maiden Lane, 3 blocks from the World Trade Center site. In fact, my usual subway stop was the Cortlandt Street N and R train station located under the World Trade Center. However, September 11 was to be an important day at work, and if my office was in fact still going to be open, I was quite obligated to be there. So I arrived at the natural conclusion that hundreds of thousands of New Yorkers arrived at that day: Even if the tallest building in the city is on fire, I still have to go to work. I left my apartment at about 9:05 AM, and walked over to the 9th Avenue W train station. On my way to the subway station, I noticed a dark trail of smoke originating in front of me, in Manhattan, and stretching all the way to the zenith and back down behind me to the other horizon. Another odd phenomenon struck me after I had walked about halfway to the train station: It was snowing. As I looked closer and thought about ti, I realized that the "snow" was in fact ash and torn, charred bit of various documents from the World Trade Center. I saw an invoice dated from 1996 land in front of me on 39th Street and 9th Avenue in Brooklyn, in one piece. For some reason, I boarded the W train anyway. As the train neared the city, there were progressively longer delays between stations, and the passengers boarding at each stop were progressively more agitated. Finally, at around 9:50 AM, the train reached the Court Street station in downtown Brooklyn. At this point, the conductor announced over the PA that due to a sick passenger, the train woudl be going out of service and all passengers were to leave the station. Oddly enough, many people still seemed intent on getting to work. A mass of humanity streamed from all the downtown Brooklyn train stations towards the Brooklyn Bridge, when tens of thousands of people were still trying to walk into the city and go to work, or school, or whatever their obligation in Manhattan might be. But now, we started to see the real gravity of the situation; people were streaming from the bridge walkway coming fom downtown Manhattan, covered in ash, crying hysterically, some completely in shock. The Brooklyn-Queens Expressway and the bridge itself were already closed for emergency traffic, and there was a steady flow of emergency vehicles into Lower Manhattan. As I reached the hlafway point of the bridge, I began to meet people coming back from the Manhattan side who told me that police were no longer allowing people into Manhattan. At this point, a more pressing concern than my job, or even the conflagration in the Financial District, crossed my mind: my mother and her parents live in Independence Plaza, located 7 blocks from the World Trade Center site. My first priority became making sure that they were alive and healthy. I ran the rest of the way to Manhattan, and sure enough, when I reached the end of the Brooklyn Bridge walkway at Chambers Street and Centre Street, a police officer turned me back, insisting even when I showed an old ID that bore my mother address in nearby Tribeca. So I ran back across the bridge, and when I once again reached the halfway point, I heard people behind me screaming. When I turned to look, I saw the single most impressive and revolting sight I ever hope to witness: 1 World Trade Center collapsing in a shower of dust and glass. i remember the entire moment as if in slow motion. Watching the beautiful cascade of glass and dust, realizing in a detached way that thousands of poeple had just died, and then wondering if the shockwave from the collapse would affect the bridge I was standing on. After that, I found myself struggling with the idea that I was standing in the middle of the first battle of World War III. I walked back to Brooklyn, frantically trying to reach my mother, my job, and my grandparents on my cellphone. I walked for an indeterminate amount of time before reaching a two block long line for a payphone on Pineapple Street near the bridge. As I was standing on the line, blanking staring down Pineapple Street and across New York Harbor at the spectacle, an elderly man in a military uniform and a VFW hat walked up to the line and addressed me and the young man behind me in line. "This is war, ya know! They just attacked the Pentagon. It's f***ing World War III, and now you little bastards are gonna go through what I had to go through! You're gonna be drafted, and you're gonna go off to war. You better pray you're ready for it, because you're going whether you like it or not!" The two men in front of me in the line for the pay phone were covered in ash and visibly shaken. Not knowing what else to do, I asked them where then had been when 'it' happened. They were Programmer/Analysts for the Port Authority who had been on the 72nd floor of 1 World Trade Center and had narrowly escaped. One of them kept repeating "I just want to get home to New Jersey. I just want to see my wife." Eventually, I got to use the pay phone, and I called my mother and my grandparents. Unbeknownst to me at the time, my mother had already been evacuated, but my grandparents had elected to stay, as the were 8 blocks from the site and more or less not in danger. I talked to my grandmother on the phone, and told her that I loved her, and to tell the family that I was OK. I also told her to make sure to tell my mother to call me as soon as she heard from her. I then began the long walk home, back to Borough Park. Near the Barnes and Noble on Court Street, I finally got service on my cell phone, and left a message at my job saying that I was alright and that I hoped everyone had gotten out safely. A reporter from the Wall Street Journal saw me using my cell phone, and she asked permission to use it to call in to the office. I let her use my phone to call in to her office, and then answered a few questions for a piece about cellular phone service during the tragedy. It says something about my state of mind at the time, that I neglected to ever even look up the story, and still have not to this day. As I apporached the Gowanus Canal, I came across a woman being comforted by three or four others. She was screaming and weeping about biological weapons on the planes. Again, I didn't know what else to say, so I took the Zen approach and said "If there were biiological weapons in those planes, we're already infected, and you would do best to make it home to your family and enjoy what time you have." As I walked deeper into Brooklyn, I started to notice not only the monotony and the ubiquity of the sound of sirens, but also the profound depth. It seemed as if there were emergency vehicles passing by from every direction for miles. At a small park on 32nd Street and 3rd Avenue, I saw a woman I recognized from the building where I worked. She was covered head to toe in ash, except for the circles under her eyes that had been washed clean by tears. I could not even bring myself to speak to her. When I reached my block, everyone from the whole neighborhood was outside, listening to news reports on boomboxes and car radios. Whatever this was, it had certainly hit home. Tell us your story: I was talking with some friends in the hallway and I was with my girlfriend and she had heard that the World Trade Center had been attacked. I didn't think anything of it. So I went to first period and my history teacher had the television on and she was talking and explaining everything to us. I didn't know what to say, I was really shocked. It was like I was watching a movie. I was really pissed off because people shouldn' do that to other people, it isn't right. My other classes were having big discussions on it. I just listened in shock. When I got home, all I did was watch the news with my parents. They seemed pretty suprised too. I prayed for everyone who died that day and hoping that they will be happy in heaven. I also prayed for the families who lost a loved one because I don't know what I would do if I were them. I think this day was a huge wake up call for american citizens to not take rights and things for granted. I think this day reminded everybody who we are and that united we stand. Feel free to write as much or as little as you like. Tell us your story: This was a terrible day for me. I prepared for my classes as usual. But, something had happened. I could only get bits and pieces of it. As the teachers came into the library, they left their students with me to go to the nearest television. So as not to cause the students distress, I stood there cool headed with a smile on my face (business as usual) while all along I was getting the worst headache. I could hear gasps and ahhs. Comments like "New York is on fire!" could be heard coming from the other room. One teacher came in saying," They've bombed the Pentagon!" Before I knew it I blurted out, "Are we at war?" She knew nothing. By the time I got a break I ran to the television just in time to see a re-cap of the towers crumbing. MY GOD, WHAT'S GOING ON! Nothing will be the same. I thank God for our soldiers, decision makers, and others who must keep a cool head and a clear mind in times of distress. I know that they are trained to do this. But, I am sure that none ever thinks that something like this would/could happen on their watch. I was standing with kids which is not even close to what others went through. But, it was so hard. I think that in the long run all of us are soldiers. We all have duties, are on duty, and are responsible for our ever improving way of life. So, whether it be a class of kids, an office of workers, a troop of men, or a country of people we share this life and this reponsibility. And I think that we do a good job America. Don't You? Feel free to write as much or as little as you like. Tell us your story: I am a college student and I work at night because I have 3 young children. I was 4 months pregnant on Sept 11, my oldest child was almost 2 and my middle child was 8 months old. I had worked the night before so my husband left for work early that morning and the kids and I slept in, as we were accustom to doing. We did not get out of bed until right at noon. I turned on the news as I did everyday and headed to the bathroom to do the usual morning things. I could here the TV and thought I was crazy when I heard something about several planes crashing into buildings. I went into the living room and started to watch. I could not understand what they were talking about, it just did not make any sense. I called my husband, who was the computer tech at a local elementary school. I just asked him to explain it to me. He did, but I still did not want to beleive. I then asked him how they were doing at the school, because I was worried about all of the children who might know what had happened. He said that the school was not alloeing any TVs to be on. I was compelled to stare at the TV for the next several days, but I did not want my young children to sit and watch it. I tried to keep them busy which also helped me because I just wanted to sit down and cry. I have never seen the twin towers and did not know anyone even close to any of the areas, but I was still devastated. I kept thinking of all the wives, and children, and parents, and husbands, and so on. I do not think I could live if something happened to any one in my family and it just horrified me to think of the number of people who would never see there loved ones again. And for such ignorant reasons. I still have a hard time when I think of it, whick is at least once almost every day. I do not know why it just comes into my mind. But it still makes me cry. I have saved several news papers for my children to see and I will take them to the memorial sites when they are old enough to understand. I just pray that nothing like this ever happens again, although I think it will. A few days after the 11th I learned that one of my mothers close friends had been in New York just 2 days before the terrible tragedy. She had taken pictures of most of the sites, but chose not to take pictures of the twin towers. She had been there before and figured that everyone had seen them, so it was 'no big deal.' It is amazing how fast things change and how much we take things for granted. My deepest apologizes go to every person in our country. To those who lost loved ones, to those who lived to tell their story and to all of those who were like me sitting at home terrifed. We all have suffered in some way, and we will always carry a scar. My prayers go out for those that lost their loved ones, may you some how find peace. I will never forget! May God be with us all!
