Phillips: I'm sitting here in shock as I write this to you. I heard about "the" image and did a search of it on the net for photos I had already viewed countless times. Prior to reading about "the" image, I must say I never noticed anything out of the ordinary in any of the photos I had already viewed. Well, I thought I found "the" photo with the first picture I happened to click on in my search, the image quite literally jumped out at me this time. Only problem is - it's not this one, it is NOT yours. So, there's another one out there. A friend forwarded the web site from channel 9NEWS showing this photo. I was glad to receive it. Twice in teh days right after the attack, I received or was shown this photo and deleted it, believing someone had doctored it. However, two days ago my husband said. "I've been forgetting to tell you this, and you'll probably think I'm crazy, but I know I saw an evil face for a split instant in the TV shots showing the tower coming down." I probably would have thought it was an over active imagination had I not already seen the photo myself via e-mail. We are both Christians and believe this to be a spiritual war more than political, economic or just 'religious.' I guess I'm saying all that to say I'm so glad you captured that photo and some of the newspapers have been courageous enough to print it. I'd like to print it out, but don't know how. Hi Mark and Stellar Images, I saw the picture today for the first time and I agree it is a very scary, but an interesting picture. I feel also the Devil and Bin Laden is behind the horrific terrible tradegy. My husband works for American Airlines, he is a Crew Chief at the DFW Airport, and he has never seen anything like this before damage the airline industry and hundreds of people's lives. He has been there for 17yrs. so thank god he wont get laid off, like the poor other employee's. But mainly, I hurt and I am deeply sad for the families of the innocent victims, the firefighters that are doing their job, and the people of the United States and all over that have been deeply hurt over this attack on our country/America. United We Stand....We are the people of America and we have to find who is responsible for this attack and have no mercy on them, the whole network of terrorists should be brought to justice by whatever it takes, which I believe should be War....I just pray for all the upcoming soldiers, that will fight to protect our country. You, Mark did your job as a photographer and I am proud you were able to take this picture to show the world there is a wrong behind this attack which starts with the Devil..and then Bin Laden....and his network. Greetings Mr. Phillips, First my condolences to your community, we are not anywhere near where the tragedy has taken place, yet we are with you every moment of every day. I believe beyond the shadow of a doubt that you did indeed catch a glimpse of the evil that was presnt on the horrific day.
