Story:I was in an elevator in a Federal building on my way to a team meeting. A fellow passenger told me what had happened to the first of the twin towers. I was shocked but went to the meeting anyway. The building was evacuated shortly thereafter.

Memory:The video of the planes going into the towere - over and over. This was REAL "shock and awe"!!!

Affects:I believe that I, and all of my fellow Americans, will never regain the feeling of security that we had before the attacks. I also believe we will never regain the personal freedoms that we have lost in the name of national security. An innocence was lost that will never be regained.
