Story:I was sitting at my desk working on the computer. One of our agent's husband called to tell us the first tower had been hit. At first I thought it was a plane accident.

Memory:Probably the way I felt. There was fear, would there be more? and anger. I came home for lunch and the entire neighborhood was outside. I went in, turned on the TV and cried when I saw it on TV. Ever since I was little the first thing I'd look for going to New York were the Towers. When you saw them you knew you were close.

Affects:I think its made all of us appreciate the peace we do enjoy and at the same time it let us know how very vulnerable each of us are.
