Looking up at the Twin Towers from the Esplanade that runs along the Hudson River in the area around the North Cove Yacht Harbor. Photo was taken Memorial Day 1996 while I was riding my mountain bike around Lower Manhattan seeing the sights.

My son and I visited New York city for the 2003 NFL Draft. I asked if we could visit the WTC Site since we had arrived early on Friday. This image of the Iron Cross is probably the most vivid in my mind.
