|Annotation: ||David Vanadia created this website in August 2001 to collect stories about New York City. After September 11th, he dedicated part of it to the World Trade Center. He has collected more than 150 stories from people across the country, but mostly from New York City. There are also photographs of the World Trade Center from before and after the attacks. He has also collected folklore surrounding the attacks including bin Laden cartoons, myths, and stories. The site also includes links to other websites.|
|Excerpt: ||The original idea for this site was simply to create a place where people could tell stories about New York City. I began hosting the site in August 2001 in anticipation for a December launch. Then September 11th happened.
